The AtruhaTeX guide
Invite collaborators and review a draft
Choose access, discuss a passage and follow feedback through to resolution.
Invite the right account
Open Share in a project. The owner can add an existing verified account or send an email invitation. Choose the access level before sending. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked, and an expired invitation must be renewed. The recipient signs in with the invited email address and accepts the invitation. Copying a project link alone does not grant access.
Choose editing or review access
Owners manage project access. Editors can change source and participate in review. Reviewers can leave feedback and suggest text without changing the source themselves. Viewers can read the project. Grant only the access a collaborator needs, and remove membership when the collaboration ends. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled by revoking access.
Discuss a specific passage
Select a passage and choose Comments in the document bar to open Review and start a thread. The discussion records the selected text and its position in the collaborative document. Reply in the thread, resolve it when addressed, and reopen it if further work is needed. If a passage is deleted or changed beyond the stored selection, inspect the source before acting on older feedback.
Review a suggested replacement
A suggestion proposes a replacement for its selected passage. An editor reviews the original and proposed text before applying it. If the passage or document state has changed, refresh and review the suggestion again rather than forcing an old replacement. Check the saved state after applying. Use collaboration notification preferences to control optional review emails.
